Design and Appearance
The first noticeable difference between these two Omron BPMs is their design. As you can easily tell, the Omron 10 Series Wireless Bluetooth monitor has two parts separated by a valve – the monitor and the cuff. With the Evolv, the monitor is attached to the cuff.
Display
The Evolv has a beautiful OLED display while the Omron BP786 has an LCD digital display.
Omron App Compatibility
The Omron 10 Series Wireless Bluetooth (BP786) BPM is compatible with the Omron Wellness App while the Evolv is compatible with the Omron Connect App.
Memory
When it comes to memory storage, the Omron BP786 is limited to only 200 readings, or 100 per user. The Evolv on the other hand has unlimited in-app memory.
Features
The Omron 10 Series BP786 has a few features that the Evolv lacks. For instance, the Evolv lacks the Advanced Averaging and TruRead features, which many will find really useful. Plus, its monitor is not equipped with a BP Level Bar or an ExtraLarge Digit function.

The Evolv is one good-looking monitor. But feature-wise, the Omron 10 Series Wireless + Bluetooth has more to offer. So between the two, we’d pick the Omron 10 Series Wireless + Bluetooth (Model BP786). It can connect to the Omron Wellness app which allows you to transfer your data, and it has truly useful features that the Evolv lacks. Example is TruRead and Advanced Averaging.
